There are two recipes I use for our glaze.
This one in the video is very simple.
I take the pineapple juice from the slices for the top of the ham, and add brown sugar.
If I had to guess probably about 1 cup of light brown sugar, 2 tsp of mustard (just go with it) and 2 pieces of whole cloves.
Now listen if you don’t have whole cloves it is still good π―π― (use what you have) πππππ

Blend the mixture over medium high heat and voila bam yummy. I mean it’s sugar and pineapple juice u really can’t go wrong π― I’m not sure what the mustard does but it makes a difference π―ππππ―πππ
