Sometimes we can be focused on everything but our mental health. Back in Tampa I started walking each day. Not really for a purpose but it had an ever-lasting effect on my mental health. Once we moved, I bounced back and forth with it, but now that we are settled in, I would like to bring it back, and invite my friends to do so. Since this is my first challenge, I am still working out the details, but excited to have my friends join in on the fun. Remember – it’s just a mile. This isn’t too lose weight, go home and eat a pizza if you wish, this is about getting those endorphins running and those thoughts organized.
